‘This is my favourite tree… It lives on a hill near me and I visit it pretty much every week. Always a good ear to listen to my thoughts. This particular view as you walk up the hill and the tree looms over the horizon has captivated me for years and is something I’ll always associate with feeling ‘home’. Summer 2025 was a really hot one and the grass had been left to grow helping the wildflowers to bloom. Such a beautiful view that changes constantly throughout the year but is always worth returning to.’ This is the second of two complementary paintings of the same view. No1 already found its home… help No2 find its place on your wall.
Original oil on canvas. 30 × 30 cm. Framed. Please contact if you would like to discuss framing options.
