What mediums do you work with?
I specialise in original oil paintings on canvas and wood panels. All paintings are created using professional-grade oil paints and archival materials to ensure longevity.How long does it take you to complete a painting?
Depending on the size and complexity, original oil paintings typically take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to complete. Smaller works and ‘plein air’ paintings from life may be finished in one session or a few days, while large, detailed pieces can take several months.Do you accept custom commissions?
Yes, I accept a limited number of custom commissions each year. Please contact me with your ideas, preferred size, and timeline. Commission slots typically book 3-6 months in advance. -
How are your paintings priced?
Original oil paintings are priced based on size, complexity, and time invested. Limited edition prints are priced to make my work accessible while maintaining exclusivity through small print runs.What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are primarily processed through Squarespace Payments and accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Link. I also accept payments via PayPal and bank transfer by arrangement. All transactions are processed securely. -
Are your prints "limited edition"?
Each print edition is limited to a specific number (typically 25-250 pieces, depending on the image). Once sold out, no additional prints of that image will ever be produced.What type of prints do you offer?
I offer high-quality giclée prints on archival paper or canvas using professional-grade pigment inks.
Are the prints numbered and signed?
Due to the delivery method, prints are not signed and numbered, but a certificate of authenticity can be arranged separately if required. If you would like your print signed, please contact me and we can arrange a postal service to collect and return your print for a set fee.What sizes are available for prints?
Small prints such as 8x6” are available at their original size only. Larger prints are typically available in 2-3 standard sizes. All artworks will have their available print sizes clearly stated on each listing. Custom sizing may be available for an additional fee - please inquire if you have specific requirements. -
How do you ship paintings and prints?
Original paintings are securely crated and shipped via insured freight for larger works, or carefully packaged and sent via courier service for smaller pieces. Prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers or tubes depending on size.What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on size, weight, and destination. Shipping is included in the cost of each purchase. Local delivery may be available in the Bristol area at cost depending on requirements. Please inquire for further details.How long does shipping take?
Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for prints and 1-2 weeks for original paintings. International shipping may take 2-4 weeks depending on customs.Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. -
How should I care for my oil painting?
Keep paintings away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity. Dust gently with a soft, dry brush. For deep cleaning or restoration, consult a professional conservator.How should I frame my print?
Use archival matting and UV-protective glass or acrylic. Avoid direct contact between the print and glass. Prints are sized to fit most commercially available frame sizes. If you are custom framing through a trusted framer please consult directly with your supplier.Do you offer framing services?
Generally I prefer to let customers choose their own framing option or service, but I can offer framing for prints if required. Please inquire for details and to arrange payment as this is currently a custom service requiring direct communication with the purchaser. I can recommend trusted local framers for original paintings. Framing costs are separate from artwork prices. -
Can I visit your studio?
Studio visits are available by appointment only. Please contact me at least one week in advance to schedule a visit.Do you teach workshops or classes?
